Kellerbier: Unfiltered Franconian Lager

Kölsch -- Our signature top-fermenting lagerbier is crisp and refreshing, with a hint of white wine/grape from the yeast

Weissbier -- Classic Bavarian wheat beer with a hazy appearance and banana and clove flavors from the yeast

Bockbier - Our pale spring bockbier packs a punch at 6.5% ABV. But it's also dangerously drinkable. 

Czech Dark -- Our Cerne Pivo is modeled on the famous U Fluku beer from Prague. Malty enough to satisfy stout drinkers, yet low enough in alcohol to have a few. 

Fastenbier -- Our Lenten dark lager. A hint of smokiness beneath the rich, dark malt. Easy drinking at just 5% ABV.
